I have 4 (2 week old) baby bunnies. 3 of their eyes are changing colors to brown . but one of them still has bluish gray colored eyes. Could this mean that his/her eye might stay that color. . . in short, when do the bunnies eyes finish changing color?

Mmm… I couldn’t say when you’d stop seeing changes. I’m inclined to think you may still see some yet.
Some rabbits eye colour will remain a blue-grey though. Ones of a certain coat colour (like ones termed a Blue) will have eyes that colour. It’s to do with their specific colour genes.

It might be a little early yet to tell what their general eye color will be. The baby with the blue eyes may be a late changer. I’m not sure what the exact timeline is, but I know for dogs their eye color may not be expressed until they are 9 weeks old. Bunnies are probably sooner than that. Of course, I said general eye color. A bunny’s eye color can continue to change as they grow and mature (and even throughout their lifetime). I think this is particularly true for the Vienna gene. Wooly’s eyes have changed a lot over the years. They are still blue, of course. But they have evolved since he was young.

Since the babies are so young, I wanted to post the rules about pictures:

Baby bunny photos: Do not post pictures of the litters unless you plan on keeping them.(or whichever one or so you plan to keep).
Photos are allowed under these circumstances:

            – This is your own baby bunny that are already have or are planning to buy/adopt/acquire. Avoid posting photos of babies under 8 weeks of age.

            – Accidental Litters – You may only post pictures of the rabbit that you are certain you will keep. Bunny must be at least 8 weeks of age in photos, and the image cannot contain any other rabbits that you are not keeping. While we understand that accidental litters do happen, these photo threads can distract from our main focus of helping members care for their bunnies. Therefore, we ask that if you want to show off the bunny you intend to keep, that you contain your photos and updates to a single thread in the Lounge.
