Hi guys! This is my first post here so hopefully, this is in the correct section.
So, my 6-month-old bunn is eating his normal poops. These aren’t his “night feces” or cecotropes, they are normal droppings. He does this multiple times a day and it’s concerning because I can’t find any legit reason why he would be doing this. He is well fed on hay and a certain amount of pellets every day. He hasn’t been showing any other odd symptoms or anything so I’m just kind of concerned why he would be doing this.
A couple of other things as well: What is a normal amount of time for bunnies to spend grooming themselves? He seems to lick at himself a lot, more than he did when he was only a couple of months old. He is also missing some fur on the backside of both his ears, which has been missing since I got him as a baby. I’m wondering if this is normal or not, possibly a genetic issue he has or maybe he’s been scratching his ears a lot when I’m not looking? His ears don’t look damaged or scratched at all, he just has 1 big patchy area on the backs of both his ears.
