        Help a girl out.

I have two bunnies and a cat. I have Lucy and Thumper, the bunnies, in my living room as free range. They just use the cage as a litter box and I have a ‘ghetto’ cardboard box and shower curtain as a blocker between the living room and my bedroom. Thumper is the one who will chew and push, and JUMP THROUGH the curtain to get into my room and then hides under my bed. I will use the spray bottle when Im in the living room, and that stops him. For a little bit.

The cat has figured out how to jump thru the curtain to get to us and its purrfect. But now Thumper has been destroying the box and I don’t know how to stop him! He will chew, chew, chew and push push until he gets in and wakes me up at about 5 every morning.

So heres my issue. I want it blocked so he can’t go into the bedroom. BUT he can jump higher than the cat, and I want her to be able to come into the living room at will.  To be honest, I would like to not have any thing there blocking the doorway, but I don’t want Thumper to come into my room.

Anybody have experience with this? Help.

I use an x-pen, I think it’s 30″ tall, to keep my buns out from under my bed and from getting in to trouble. It’s short enough that my cat can jump over, but the bunnies don’t. Most pens have one panel with a little door, so you don’t need to step over it if you don’t want to.

A baby gate would probably accomplish something similar.
