Hi everyone,
So we’re more of a watching than a posting bun-family, being first time bunny parents this site has been such a help!
I came home yesterday to my partner telling me that Jon Snow Bunny was acting a bit off – he hadn’t touched his food and was refusing treats. Straight away I ran to his litter tray to check and, low and behold, diarrhoea!We got an emergency appointment with the vet, who found his gut wasn’t working. But thankfully we had taken in quickly enough that, an injection and some medication later, we were allowed to take him home again.
We have a few days ahead of us of keeping a close eye on him (and trying to master the bunny burrito for his medication ?), but he’s already eating and pooing again so he’s certainly on the mend!We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for sharing your bunny problems and solutions. I hate to think how this would’ve turned out otherwise!! Jon Snow Bunny and Tyrion Bunny wanted me to let you all know that, even for the watchers, your advice is invaluable and we are so very grateful!
P.S here’s a pic of them trying to be friends again!
