Hi! I have a spayed lionhead female named Yuki. Even before spaying her she was good at using the litterbox and after spaying her she never had accidents again…until now. Last week I got a new bunny, this time a german lop male named Rocky. They are living in different rooms for the moment but I am pretty sure she knows that there is a bunny in the house. Since I got Rocky Yuki started to poop everywere. She is still peeing in the litter box so it isn’t so hard to clean but I want her to stop it. I think she is marking her territory. Is there anything I can do or I have to wait until they will be bonded?

Yes she will be marking her territory. She may continue to do so until they are bonded, some bunnies will ease up on it after a week or two, some don’t. There’s not really much you can do about it except pick up poops as soon as you see them.
