  Whenever i stroke or put my bunny down ive noticed he either jolts like a hiccup or shakes his head ive watched him and he doesnt do it when ive not touched him im a bit confused as ive never seen this before ive checked him over and all seems to be ok

  I think it could be a mini “binky”, just a happy head shake.
  
  Another thing it could be, does he do a small shudder of his fur? Some buns do this to “shake off” or refresh after having contact with a human. It may be he is a bit annoyed you just picked him up
  
  I wouldn’t worry about him being ill, sounds like he is just being a normal, contrary bun
