  I was very busy yesterday and did not have much time to observe my bunny. Before I left the house (at around 4:00) I filled his hay rack, replaced his water and then left. I returned a little past midnight (8 hours difference) and I did my nightly routine of scattering pellets around his area for him to eat. It is now 9:30am the morning after, and he has not touched his hay and ate maybe one or two pellets which is extremely strange because he usually goes crazy when I feed him his pellets. He is not walking around or sitting in his usual spot and will only hop slowly from point A to point B and just sits there with his eyes wide open. He is pooping occasionally, but they are perfectly formed (if anything they are slightly on the hard side).
  
  A combination of not eating and barely moving and not seeming relaxed.. any ideas as of whats wrong with my bunny? I’m very worried
  
  Update: He will only eat lettuce and will only drink water if I put the bottle infront of his face. He will not eat his favourite treats, pellets or hay.

  Maybe not feeling well? Try feeding him/her treats to see if they perk up? They usually get excited over fruit. If it continues past today I would take to the vet to get an exam and for assurance.

  Not eating and lethargy sounds like it might be the beginning or current phase of GI stasis. I would get him to your vet ASAP. Even if it’s not stasis, at least your vet can confirm or not, which should help narrow down the potential issues. I would also check to make sure your bun is drinking.

  Does he shift around like he’s uncomfortable or push his belly to the floor (looks like he’s trying to do a push up)? If so, it could be gas pain.
  
  If you’re not sure, it’s always better to be safe than sorry by making a vet appointment. If someone is confident that it is gas, then we often suggest giving simethicone and tummy massages first to see if it helps. If a bunny hasn’t eaten in 12 hours, it’s starts to be considered an emergency though. It is good that he’s pooped.
