I have engineered wood floors and I’m looking for advice on bunny-safe cleaners??  I can’t use vinegar/water, it’s not recommended for the floors.  That’s what I use for everything they come in contact with.  We have Bruce’s hardwood floor cleaner but I don’t know if that’s safe for them?  Or is it just unsafe when it’s being used and after is ok?  I just bought Bona as a safer alternative, but it leaves terrible streaks on the floor and I’m not sure it’s going to be a good choice.  I use water to do quick wipe ups if they make a mess in their area, and just make sure to dry thoroughly (water is bad for the floor) but wondered if there is a safe way to clean ??

I also have a baby now who isn’t mobile yet..only 3 months..but soon I’ll need to be sure we have safe cleaning for him too, so I want to figure this out!

        Any advice is welcome!!

        Thanks in advance…

Simple Green works great It’s completely non toxic, and my mom, who owns a cleaning company, uses it on wood floors all the time. Pour a bit into a bucket of water, and away you go. You only need to use a slightly wet mop to clean, not a ton of water on it. Wring it out well

Method products are non toxic, naturally derived and not tested on animals. They make a wood floor cleaner and also have a wood oil soap that can be used on floors. I’ve used Method laundry detergents and all purpose cleaners before, and liked them. The floor cleaner looks like it gets pretty good reviews, although a few people said it made their floors dull or filmy. Target sell Method products as well as some mainstream grocery stores, big box stores and natural foods stores.

Seventh Generation products are also good, but they don’t make a wood floor cleaner. I have used their all purpose cleaners, but I don’t know if you can use those on wood floors,
