I have an almost 3month old holland lop doe. She’s very active and adventurous so she’s seldom still unless she’s sleeping or laying dow for a few minutes. I got her about a month ago and realize that she’s sometimes after she pees her butt is still wet. It’s easy to notice since I have wooden floors and she leaves a wet mark. Just now I was petting her and realized her butt was very wet like she just peed herself. Also sometimes she pees and runs off sprinkling pee marks around her. What could this be?? Should I be concerned? In the past with my other bunnies I never had this problem. They would be pretty dry even after peeing

It could be a UTI. Do you ever see her strain to pee? Has this been going on for as long as you’ve had her?

I’d have your rabbit assessed by a vet — if she’s drinking an excessive amount of water, that can be indicative of a variety of underlying conditions. Some that come to mind are dental and organ function-related. Separately, if she is peeing on herself, there may be something re: her movement/general discomfort leading to that. I recommend veterinary assessment as soon as possible to deter the emergence of urine scaled/fur loss from the constant wetting.
