So the baby that I’m considering bonding with Merry is the only boy in a litter of three.  When I talked to foster mom, she said that he and one of his sisters were really getting along.  Would it be completely stupid to take the boy AND the girl and try to bond them both to Merry?  It would be, wouldn’t it?

If it were me, I would just take one. Trios can be very difficult and it’s likely you’d end up with a pair and a single. They are young enough that they can be split up and this won’t be detrimental to them.

That’s what my gut was saying, just wanted to make sure!

I totally agree with Beka. The bro and sis are not bonded, and a sibling pair’s “bond” often breaks when puberty hits one anyway.

Thanks guys. Trying to get past foster mom’s desire to have two adopted (I’m sure) and also the sheer CUTENESS!!!! of the buns.

Not to mention that because they are babies, they would need to be separated anyway, as they get sexually mature. Don’t want any surprise litters!

Once I’ve made my decision I’ll post a video of the cuties for you guys so you can see why it’s hard to resist
