FORUM DIET & CARE broccoli???

        my bun is used to eating veggies and eats broccoli(just a little). i have heard broccoli is too gassy for bunnies. will i hurt my rabbit? also, he likes yogurt drops…is that bad too?

          According to the HRS broccoli is considered safe. You can watch your bunny to see if he gets uncomfortable with gas. I wouldn’t give him too much.

          I would not give him yogurt drops at all.

            my bunny loves broccoli and shows no ill affects from eating a couple pieces at a time.

               thankyou so much i will make sure to cut the yogurt drops out of his diet or put them to a very small amount.  i am glad to hear that the broccoli shouldn’t harm him, but i will watch to see if he is ever in pain. thanks
