I have given mine “broccolini”, which I think is the same stuff?  As with all of the brassicas (broccoli, cabbages, cauliflower, kale) you should limit feeding because of concerns of excess calcium.  Also, these can be gassy for some buns.  Mine really enjoyed it, I got some at the farmer’s market last summer.

what i don’t understand is that kale is listed as a feed everyday green according to the house rabbit society food list.

I would only offer it a very small quantity, since like regular broc it could potentially cause gas. With broc – it’s best to feed the stem and leaves, so skip the stalks.

kale is high in oxalates, don’t give if rabbit has urinary tract sludge problems. mostly i’ve read not to give it more than once a week.
