Oh Lorree, Im very sorry. Losing them is so hard. I can tell how very much she was loved from how you speak of her and how you’ve cared for her while she was ill.

Very sad my bunny Jasper died from cancer in jan, it was so hard to cope without him he was 8 years, they are a big part of us, and its devastating to loose them after so many years together, it was a very tough decision, but I now have an adorable new bunny Clover, he has helped me so much, he won’t replace my Jasper but he deserves a good life with me, as I love bunnies so much, most amazing animals, Rip little Bonnie. I know you are still battling Lorree. Hang tough. It just takes time. Longer than we want and longer than we think. But you’ll make it. Forever in your heart Boonie will be. It’s been over 5 months for me. Still miss my girl terribly so. In fact this past week has been really hard for some reason. She is so on my mind. But still, it’s not devastating like it was closer to losing her. It hasn’t been that long since your loss. Keep taking it day by day. Know that she loves you for trying so and giving her everything you could. And just like we want happiness for all of those that we love, even when we are gone, she wants the same for you. Thinking of you.

I am so sorry Lorree. I know the pain is raw at the moment, but gradually it will become easier. Not ever completely better, because we will always feel incomplete, but easier with time. Its been nearly 10 months since I lost my Timothy and I still have a lot of tears. I guess the tears will stop when I stop missing him…..and that will be never.

Boonie was loved, and she knew that because bunnies are super smart, and it is so wonderful that you were able to give her that love.

                      Sleep tight Boonie.
                      Xx

I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your bunny Boonie. It’s so hard to lose a much loved bunny.

I lost my Flakie in January aged almost 10 to Gi stasis, gas and other symptoms. Still hurts but as September says it will gradually become easier. These wonderful bunnies burrow deep into our hearts and they gave us lots love.

I know exactly how that feels. Experienced it when I lost Sterling and still now for Bindi. It”s hard but I see it as a good sign, their presence is still in the house and near me.

It’s been 4 months since Boonie’s death, and it still hurts so bad, crying so hard right now

I don’t know how I loved her so much
                                    I miss everything about her
Even when she did the “grumpy twist” and spun around to bite me when I was annoying her. Gah I’d let her make me bleed all she wants if I could just have her back again

I didn’t even plan on having a bunny when I met her and somehow it was a perfect bond

I just want Boonie cuddles ?
