Hi I recently got a 3 month old female bunny named snow white and i already had 2 mini lop crosses who were also females but 2 months old, I put them together and they were fine, but the next morning i found some fur, but put them into there daypen,I then went for a few minutes and when iI came back my 2 month old female (who name is angle) was being nipped by snow white
what should I do with them?
I also know that angle has been pulling fur from snow white
Unfortunately you can’t just put bunnies together. They must be “bonded” in neutral territory first. It is also important for both to be spayed, as their hormones will make them very likely to fight.
You two that were getting along were OK because they are babies, but now hormones will start kicking in and cause problems.
You will need to separate all three, get them spayed, and then you can work on bonding them properly. I recommend reading this info as a starting point: https://binkybunny.com/BUNNYINFO/tabid/53/CategoryID/9/PID/940/Default.aspx

Well the other 2 month old is named lunar and snow white and her are best friends they lick and snuggle each other its angle and snow white fighting,
Also i brought her from my friend and said she has been know to bite her Female rabbit too
They are best friends because they are both still babies at 2 months old. Once they grow older and become sexually mature, hormones will kick in and they will become territorial. That is when the fighting starts 99% of the time. You’d want to prevent that by separating them first and then when they are spayed, start the bonding process. If you continue to let them be together, they may fight until one or both are seriously injured.
Your friend probably did not bond Angel with the female rabbit too previously. Some bunnies mature a little faster than others, so Angel may have already started becoming more territorial and hence starting to fight with other rabbits.
what age do they mature?
I actually got angle and lunar’s age wrong they are both 7 weeks
And Snow White is 3 months,
So I do not know why Angle and Snow White Are Fighting

The maturing time varies from rabbit to rabbit. It could be as early as 3-4 months all the way till 8-12 months depending on breed. If they are 7 weeks old, then they are definitely not mature yet, which is why they can get along with each other. By the way, 7 weeks is a bit too young to be separated from their moms – ideally rabbits should only be weaned at about 8 weeks, otherwise their health may be compromised in the long term. Have you already had Angel and Lunar for a few weeks or did you only get them in the last few days?
Snow White may be starting to mature already and she may not want to share her territory with other rabbits. That could explain why she is fighting with Angel.
Iv had Angle and lunar since they were 5 weeks i know they were too young they were from a accidental litter they owner did not know about babys rabbits and how to care for them.
Also I Only Got snow white yesterday
Also Snow White Is a pure mini lop
And Lunar and Angel are mini lop with netherland dwarf so they are tiny
You can’t just put bunnies together, they have to be bonded. If you only got Snow White yesterday, and put her with your other two, of course they’re fighting. Imagine if a stranger just moved into your bedroom one day!
You also need to separate the existing pair before they start fighting. If you look at some other threads in this forum, you’ll see how common it is – we’re not just being dramatic, we’re speaking from experience.
All three bunnies need to be separated until they’re old enough to be spayed, and then they need to go through the bonding process, which Dana linked you to at the beginning.
I would also worry that the two females you got at 5 weeks are incorrectly sexed – it’s notoriously difficult to sex bunnies, and someone who is so inexperienced with rabbits that they would separate them from their mother at 5 weeks is unlikely to be able to sex them correctly. You could also end up with an inbred litter if you don’t separate.
I am Planning to separate angle and lunar, I have separated snow white, But have too wait till i move
Small rabbit breeds mature faster than bigger breeds, so it’s best you separate them ASAP before they mature. As S&L said, it’s worse if Angel and Lunar were sexed incorrectly and are actually male and female – you could end up with some unwanted baby bunnies. When are you moving?
7 weeks is not too young to start maturing. I got my boys at 7.5 weeks and Bombur had already dropped and was very much humping everything and everyone. You need to keep all bunnies separate, just like we said when you asked the last time. Snow White seems to already have started sexually maturing. Those 7 week olds aren’t far behind. Adding any new bunny into the mix causes problems for the dynamic of the rest of the bunnies. All of them need to be separated and kept that way until after their spays/neuters. Put them in separate carriers or boxes, but do not keep them together. If they fight on your ride to your move it will be incredibly dangerous to them with potentially no one to stop them. It literally takes seconds for a lifetime of damage to be caused and bunnies to become unbondable permanently. They could seriously harm each other.
Three weeks ago you posted that you had just gotten 3 one month old babies.
Now you’re saying you have 2 two month old, what happened to the third? Another post of yours mentions the mom of some of the bunnies dying?
And now you’re introducing yet another rabbit…
What is going on here??? If you didn’t have enough space for two rabbits, why did you get a third?
As everyone else has advised you, they need to be separated. They’re going to fight, it’s inevitable. You really need to do more research on bonding, because what you’re doing now isn’t even considered bonding. It’s dangerous, rabbit fights can escalate very quickly.
PLEASE do not get any more rabbits until you learn how to care for them properly.
I sold 1 because she turned out too be a boy and i wanted girls,And i recently owned 2 males and 1 female and my female got pregnant and when her babys were a month old she died,I was asking about bonding adults to baby’s
I also Know how to care for rabbits but I have never had to do it because my rabbits always got along and 1 of the boys was my females sister so i never had to bond because they just incessantly loved each other
Also I think its a dominance problem between snow white and angle
it’s a hormone problem not a dominance problem. I’m sorry but that’s cruel. You take these bunnies when they’re far too young and then you sell one because you don’t like the gender. What if any of the others turn out to be boys? Will you sell them too? PLEASE buy bunnies that are old enough and don’t just sell them on a whim. They have feelings too. They aren’t disposable based on gender. There’s also no guarantee any of these bonds will work out. Girls are known to be more aggressive and territorial than males, making female-female bonds the most difficult. You can’t just put bunnies unaltered together, you have litters, and when they are too young they die. That’s what happens. PLEASE do more research.

Did you mean to say bond rabbits? Because baby bunnies almost always get along until hormones kick in.
You say you know how to care for rabbits, but part of caring for them is knowing about bonding – knowing when it is appropriate, when rabbits need to be separated, and how to go about bonding in a safe manner for both yourself and your rabbits. If a fight escalates and you try to separate it you can get quite badly hurt.
So I agree with the others – you definitely need to read up on bonding. While you do that, separate all three from each other. Smaller rabbits can have hormones kick in faster, and if they are females, you may need to wait longer to get them spayed because rabbits need to be over a certain weight to be spayed, and with smaller breeds, you will probably need to wait longer for them to reach that weight. So be prepared to keep them separate for quite a while – they will also need 6-8 weeks healing time after the spays before you can start bonding again.
But in the meantime you can work on pre-bonding. You will read a lot about that when you research bonding. If you pre-bond really, really well over the amount of time you will have while your (hopefully) girls are separate, it will help make the actual bonding process a bit smoother.
I’m not saying this to be mean – I say this because I care and I don’t want you or your buns to get hurt. ![]()

You’ve asked about bonding before and clearly refused to listen to the advice. Now you’re asking again…?
Stop getting rabbits, giving them up and then getting more. Educate yourself. But first things first, seperate your rabbits NOW. There’s no excuses.
