Of course, once Little-Bit gets better, I plan on hopefully integrating the two bunnies. ><

        So here’s the situation..

-Sweet baby bunny, probably only two months old at this point. Very gentle, very giving, grooms and follows me a lot.

-Older, very alpha-bunny, 4 years old. Very independant, knows the world to be HER’S. Rejects being groomed if it wasn’t her idea first. Grooms her surroundings -bedsheets etc- rather than me when she’s being groomed. Grooms me ONLY when I’m asleep -the nose and forehead are prime choices. Grunts, growls, and chases the cat out if he ever makes it past my doorframe before I squirt him.

        x) In a word, POLAR OPPOSITES.

        Any advice?

This might actually work well, b/c for them to bond, they can’t both be trying to be dominant…so it sounds like Binkles might dominate littl-bit and things will be fine!

Is Little-Bit a boy or a girl? If a boy, I wouldn’t suggest introducing them until a month after he’s altered. If a girl, well you could theoretically begin the bonding but again, it’s better to wait until after the bun is altered. That way, there isn’t any time when the bonding process isn’t underway.

Ah, interesting point. Hmm…well we’ll definitely have to wait a while until she’s altered. Of course she needs to be of age, but she also needs to be well over her ear infection.

We’re not entirely sure if she’s a boy or a girl yet. I know how to pull the fur back to see, but she’s this weird lionhead/ dwarf/ wooly mix and has a lot of fluff and…she’s just so delicate I don’t want to hurt her. =x
