I have been bonding my trio for around 6 days, yes I know, short period of time.

For the first four days, I pre bonded my bunnies, placed them in pens right next to each other. Then every other day, I switched them over in pens, and blankets.
The first thing I did when meeting was stress bonded them for 10 minutes, the first meeting session in a very small space, they instantly just snuggled and groomed one another, so I did the session for 30 minutes not 5.
The next day I stress bonded again, then placed in the pen, same again, made it slightly bigger, still grooming. I stress bonded for 20 minutes, then placed them in an even bigger spot in the bathroom. They have been flopping, grooming and relaxing. They have shared food, water and a litter tray. I have kept them in this over night.
Okay so to the issue, they are struggling to form dominance, they all want to be dominant. But they try to assert it, with no aggression what so ever, then flop again, and sleep. If not, just groom themselves all together. Should I just keep them in this same pen? Till I know they have figured it out?
The pen is around 4-5 feet by 4 feet.

0 aggression, only nips in first session.

How long have you had each bunny? Were two of them paired before, or all singles?

What are they doing to assert dominance?

Four days really isn’t enough prebonding.

They are all around 8-9 months old.

I had Shadow and Munchkin from 8 weeks old, they were separated at exactly 3 months old. And have been till this point. I got Dusty 4 weeks after the others from the same owner, I couldn’t leave him behind.
            Anyway.

I don’t want any rudeness back from this, I will never give up my bunnie, life issue I may have to move across the country in the week, hence why I am my gosh dang hardest to help them and bond them.

The dominance currently, nose touching to demand licks, and occasionally humping. But they do all stop and groom each other, then flop. 80% of the flops they are still alert, the rest fully relaxed.

I’m confused – you’ve been bonding for 6 days only? And 4 of those you were just pre bonding? So that would mean you’ve only done actual bonding sessions twice. Of course they haven’t yet figured out the hierarchy. Give ’em a chance! It sounds like you’re proposing the idea of marathon bonding which can work – It’s what I did. But you absolutely need to halt all of that and pre bond for at least a month.
