I have 3 rabbits (the dad, two children) who are already getting along fine, now I’m trying to bond the 4th one, the mom.
The mom gets along fine with the dad, it’s just the children that sometimes she’s fine with but sometimes she grunts at them or tries to pluck fur/plucks fur. The three others are nice to her and just try to approach her, sometimes even manage to lick her, but then even if she agrees to get licked, sometimes when they leave, she gets angry again.
What is the best thing I should do? Everyone is already castrated of course.

What have you done so far to bond them? It would be helpful to get a sense of how long you have been working with them and what steps you’ve taken.

Could you try separate bonding sessions? Perhaps some one-on-one sessions will help her get better “acquainted” with them, rather than being ganged up on by a group.
