My bunny had babies 4 weeks ago. I bought her pregnant apparently. I’m debating keeping one of her babies (a female) so they’d have company. Could that go bad and mom not want her baby around or could they stay together since they’re technically bonded?

There is no guarantee, it could work. Best to have both spayed though to ensure they keep their bond and to prevent uterine cancer.
