I have an old dog bed for Chomondeley. He’s nibbled it occasionally, mostly out of curiosity, but has never physically chewed at it.

Maybe put down a towel and see how your bunny reacts to it? If he chews it, take it away. Polar fleece blankets are good because the fibers are too short to be chewed.

Fleece blankies and sherpa fleece and vet beds are good because they don’t have threads that can cause obstruction of bunny bowels. If your bun isn’t a chewer, you can use towels or rag rugs. Some bunnies like to pee on soft materials though.
