  BB, please don’t ever bombard this website with too many ads. Ones on the side are fine….but I left the Petshub forums because yours was so nice. They have ads that popup and interfere with your posting every few threads.

  THANK YOU!! I know what you mean. I hate those kind of ads too. I actually was a moderator on a rabbit board for years at a extremely successful message board community. They not only had popups, but their popups would be actual video and follow you down your thread. Or if you didn’t see it, you would all of sudden hear it. HIGHLY annoying. (I think this all happened after they were bought by a huge corporation, and well, ya know how that goes.
  
  We will never allow popups on our site, or the kinds that flash, or start playing music or make you chase something or tempt you to play a game. Anything that is an in your face distraction. I sooo hate those kind too. Our ads will always be smaller and subtle. I So believe me, I’m with you when it comes to advertising.
  
  Right now it’s just mostly google advertising, which I don’t have that much control over, but it keeps rather contained on its own and is rarely obnoxious, so I keep it. It only pays for about how much the site actually cost to run. But when I put advertising or promotions on the site, it will never be crazy. There are only two of our own right now(meaning not from google ads) – which the "SaveABunny" logo on some pages, including this one. which is a rescue group, and the other one is an ad for a book on how to clicker train your bunny.
  
  I hate those crazy ads so much that even if an advertiser approached me with big bucks and said the only way make a deal is to have allow a pop-up or some other obnoxious ad, I’d refuse. So you never have to worry.

  DEFINITELY love this forum. People just like me who love their house bunnies! I like some of the ads you have, and the shop…gives me new ideas to keep the bun bun entertained!

  Theresa, regarding the clicker training, I actually took an all day class on clicker training rabbits. Great info! And it was amazing how quickly bunnies learned to touch their nose to a ball. (that’s just the very first step to more useful training) Anyway, I found that food worked well on my bunnies, but Bailey was more motivated by affection, and she’d get bored within 5 minutes, so it took longer for her to be trained, but I really found it to be a wonderful tool.
  
  My vet uses it to give her bunnies meds. NICE!
  
  I haven’t had much time lately to continue with the training. But I do have intention to hop back to it.
