Kali is almost 12 weeks old and she’s possibly the smartest animal I’ve ever had. And that includes some incredibly intelligent escape-artist dogs. She problem solves like a little velociraptor. She escaped from her x-pen 3 times before I finally got it set up so that she can’t escape (so far). She climbs on things like a cat. Will try to move stuff around so that she can use it to climb higher on stuff. Has zero fear and is into everything. She figured out how to climb stairs at 9 weeks. Figured out how to circumvent the baby gate I’d been using for 3+ years with Whisky within a week. I’ve never seen a bunny that was this smart…
I need some toys that will keep her little brain occupied. I want to free range her eventually without supervision but at this point that’s impossible because she finds new things to get into every time I let her out to run around the living room. Upside: she’s not a fabric chewer, which is a nice change (Whisky loved to chew on fabric). She does like to chew on wood, though. Haven’t checked to see whether she’s a cord chewer or not (all the cords in my house are up off the floor anyway).
She’s really into cardboard and loves the paper towel roll I gave her a few days ago, but I want to mix things up a bit. Ideas?
