My husband has taken to lying on the floor with his face near Bella. It’s their hang out time. She won’t really let us pick her up or anything, so we chill with her at face level on the floor. She likes to come forward and touch her nose to ours to say hello.

Well, the other night, Mark (hubby) was lying on his stomach, and Bella came forward very deliberately, touched her nose to his, and then gently took the bridge of his glasses in her teeth and very deliberately pulled them down his nose, off his face, to the floor.

Mark thought it was funny, but put them back on.

A few seconds later, she came back and did the same thing again.

So he put them back on again.

A third time, she comes back and gently takes them off, then takes the earpiece in her teeth and drags them away a bit, then hops back.

We’ve never heard of that one before! lol. Anyone else have any amusing stories about their rabbits insisting on things?

Pepper has done that, although much less gently.  I think she was trying to “groom” them off, but has now figured out that they belong there.

That’s what I told Mark I thought she was doing- she knew they weren’t part of his face, and therefore shouldn’t be there.

That is so funny.   I have heard of them taking the glasses off and throwing them on the floor.   But this is too funny.  She even grabbed the ear piece and drug it off a bit.    What a charactor

Kay has played with my sunglasses – throwing them around – but, she has never taken them off my face.

Sorry I haven’t replied in so long! I work online all day, so I never make it to the stage where I want to be on the computer for leisure. Our Bella is an interesting one. She’s far smarter than the rabbit I had as a child, and shows it! If she does anything else super odd, I’ll have to let you guys know. lol. Glad you got a kick out of her.

After a long petting session, Pepper hopped up on my pillows and started tugging on my hair-band!  I eventually realized she was trying to groom it out of my hair, so I let her.  She got it right off, but when she started trying to give me a trim I yelped and that was the end of that.
