Hey everyone! Barney and Belle have continued to play with eachother for several hours a day, and I have no doubt that if I put them together fulltime there would be no problems. However, Belle is not yet spayed, and although would be 6 months old at the end of this month I would rather wait a little longer to have her done – i’m scared of losing her to anaesthetic due to her harder start in life with surgery and being very small. So what shall I do!?
I’m 99% sure they’d be absolutely fine if we put them together full time they would be completely fine, and they are really close and snuggly with each other all the time – there have been NO scraps, fights, biting at ALL which I feel sooo lucky to have not experienced! But i want to wait a bit longer to have her spayed jjust for my peace of mind … some people on the forum have told me they’ve had loads of success having bunnies bonded, THEN spayed and there are no problems with being rejected.
Could do with some advice guys
Thanks!
