Cotton too has a bald spot on his neck.  Been there a while. I hope it is only from a shed. He had been shedding a lot.

I noticed it the last time I ever used the furminator. Which was about 2 months ago.  Won’t be using it again.  I dont’ know if that is what caused it or shedding.

It is pink and healthy looking. No excessive itching.  I hope his hair grows back quick there.

Other people have also mentioned a bald spot on their buns too.

So perhaps it is just the shed.

That’s possible – I do wonder though if that furminator is just too harsh on bunny’s fine fur and delicate skin.

I have found the furminator takes off too much fur. Even our cat would have thin/bald spots.

I have had problems with the furminator b4.   I won’t be using it again.  Bunny skin is just to sensitive for it.  And the bald spots it can make.  Thats probably what happened with Cottons bald spot  like with your cat.
