Poor HB.  last week I over plucked. He has a bald spot. It is sensitive. That or he is leary of me overplucking him again. I am much more careful now.

Would it help if I put regular neosporin on it?  Any suggestions.  I am avoiding brushing that spot too.

Yeah I started pulling his hair too hard I love to pluck.  However only the hair that is falling out not the ones that are planning on staying til his next shed. I plucked him today and checked it again. It isn’t red it is pink now.  He did good today too sitting for plucking. HE is used to the fact that I will go bring him back if he runs off.

After all that plucking (gentle now) and brushing lightly (he likes that) I hold him and pet him and talk to him and squeeze him..  Well not squeeze him but you know. …  and bring him a treat.

Yes I know someone else here remembers that cartoon with the big what was it a dog had a pet adn he wanted to  hug it and hold it and squeeze it and etc.  Hehehe.

HB just makes you want to hug and hold him. He still makes his noisy breathing sound when holding him. HIs way of toothpurring. I only heard a tooth purr 3 x since we have himm. He prefers hummy honky.

I hope I have made sense here I can get things all boggled up sometimes.

Bald patches do occur during a major molt! But you can certainly put some polysporin on it
