My rabbit has begun a habit of not pooping in her litter box as much, its probably 70% in the box, 30% in her cage or on the floor when she runs around. She will pee in corners and leave poops all over! She isn’t neutered yet so that may be part of the issue, she is also just a little over a year old. I read that she may just be marking her territory.

Will habits change with neutering? Or is this just her personality?

Is there anything I can do in the meantime to prevent this?

It’s all from not being spayed yet. It will get much better after. You’ll have to reteach her, but it’ll be quick for her to pick it back up. You can do what you did to initially train her, but getting her spayed will help it the most.
