Bunnies frequently mark beds because they smell very strongly of us humans, and they want to make it theirs. She must have just been very excited to be inside and was hoping to make the house to make it “hers.” You don’t need a diaper, just sit with your bunnies on the floor and don’t bring them onto the couch or bed because those are popular marking spots for bunnies.

Be very careful with things they can chew on. Wires can be chewed in two within seconds. Also, I’d be careful with going against your parents rules as much as I think bunny should be indoor pets.  If the bunnies do anything that would make your folks mad, it would just prove to them that they made the right decision making the bunnies stay outdoors.  And that will make it much harder on you to convince them to ever bring them indoors to your room or wherever.

Once they are spayed and neutered (they will be less messy and smelly then), you may be able to convince your folks to to bring them in. Just get as much information as you can about House Rabbits. And another great website to get a ton of information is rabbit.org. That way when you are armed with a ton of information, you may be able to address their concerns, which I am thinking has to do with mess, smell and destruction.

I must say I completely agree with BinkyBunny. Please be very careful bringing them in when your parents are totally against it, being that they are already outside, because they feel they need to be, even though I find that very wrong, it could make an already bad situation worse. Just be careful, and I wish you the best!
