I am wondering about what to feed my recently acquired baby bunnies. They are only 5 weeks old. I am already aware that that is too young, but now we have them so it’s up to us! So far their doing great on pellets and hay. Should I limit the pellets? Start adding fresh greens?

Don’t limit the pellets, give them unlimited until they are much older, 6 or so months old. Don’t add greens yet, wait til they are a bit older, about 12 weeks or so. So just pellets and hay for now

Most likely their mom only ate pellets so at this point (unless you know that she ate greens) I would just do pellets and hay for awhile – unlimited pellets at this age.

I would wait until they are just a bit older for greens.

You want to replicate mom’s diet as much as possible at this point.
