Are baby wipes safe to use on a rabbit?

Because rabbits are such fastidious groomers, I would be hesitant to use baby wipes because there is a hold load of stuff that’s in the wipes. It’s meant to hold in moisture to the skin, but not to be digested. For example most have propylene glycol and forms of alcohol. So I recommend sticking with the just plain water and dampen a paper towel.

What is that you are trying to clean or ?, is this to help with allergies? Maybe we can help you find a better way.

I was trying to clean off my rabbit’s foot. He steps in poo and got it on his foot.

for something like that you could just do a damp paper towel. is he having wet poops, or did he step on a cecal?

I think it was a cecal but it got it ground in really good. He can’t really groom himself like he used to due to arthritis.

If the poo is dried you could try combing the spot to see if that will clean it up.

Or even just trim it off, if its stuck to the fur
