Through the NIC grids of course.  She was in her pen and he was outside it and he laid down and flopped against the wall of the pen.  She then went and groomed him a bit through the bar and then laid down next to him.  It was so cute.  Then before I could get my camera Sammi (big oaf dog) got jealous and went to lay down with Drue and Tucker jumped up startled and that startled Drue and off he ran.

She still needs her spay   A few more weeks though and then that will be done and then we’ll just be waiting for the hormones to die down!

She did it again this morning, but to his butt area..since that is what is closer..he didn’t seem to like it though LOL he does not like anyone around his butt.  And he hopped away.  She got some fur..but I am hoping that was just because he’s shedding and it’s so loose.  I don’t THINK she bit him…she’d seem aggressive if she was biting right?  She was just like doing that nibbling/pulling motion and she didn’t look to be upset..so I don’t think she bit him…but there was A LOT of fur..a nice big tuft but it also seemed like it came out really easy so I think it was just loose fur on his bum..which would be no surprise since he barely lets me brush him back there.  \

But I guess it’s good that they seem to be getting along.  Hopefully *fingers crossed* when it’s time to bond they’ll get a long just as well with no gates there.

some buns will nip when they groom b/c they don’t know that there’s a wrong and right way to do it… it might not have been aggressive, but it’s still possible to get a tuft of fur. the good thing is that Drue can hop off if he wants to…
