Oh nooo I was out all day in the rain and buses.

Come home Cotton’s hair all over the place. Ruby was running around in the kitchen. She got past the xpen or hubby let her out.  Fur stuck to my wet shoes and clothes argh. I gathered up Ruby and put her in her house so I could assess the situation.

where is Cotton I call and call and no Cotton. I looked all over.  Finally I looked behind his house and next to the couch. There he was all huddled in fear. Poor fellow.  I had to chase him a little to catch him.  Then I held him and got him to calm down.  Gave him some treast. He is back to normal now.

I vaccuumed all the hair up. Ruby will be 7 months Nov 2.  So yesterday I had made her appmnt. for her spay in Nov while hubby is away. I can’t wait.  Then hopefully things will calm down for her.  Yes I see urine sprayed in her house and in Cotton’s.

Am thinking about keeping them seperate when I am not home. That way they are still familiar with each other for when her spay comes and she can start calming down then put them together for good hopefully.  Cotton will be coming with her for her spay too.  That way he will still recognize her when she comes home.

Ruby gives the most pitiful begging look I have ever seen.  She holds her ears just so and those pink eyes of hers oh gosh so hard to resist her. What a doll she is.  Oh that look she doesnt’ like to be alone.  She has never really been alone.  She had her littermates then us here. Then Cotton.  She is real shy her breeder told me.  She is cute tho. She comes and stands up putting her little feet on my back.  Then comes around to the front and does the same thing.

She has taken to following my feet bumping me then nipping  me. That must be hormones for that just started too. It is funny tho. And ouch it hurts. That should die down too.  I can still pet her she just loves that up.

Well ok gotta go rest up now. What a day.

oh no! thats the worst when bunnies escape I hope that Cotton has recovered from the incident and is feeling OK! I also hope that YOU have recovered from the incident I remember coming home once and seeing my Juli who lives in a cage during the day right smack in the middle of my hallway – that was a very odd thing to come home to!

Thanks . Awe I know, the poor girl just can’t help herself.   She has kept going towards the kitchen and trying to get in there in her house too I think.  I used to have her there when I was introducing her to Cotton.  seh seems to want to be there instead right now. Maybe her nesting area in her mind.

Yes Mr. Cotton Boo is quite himself now. HE was chasing Ruby this morning so I took her out.  HE is very affectionate with me like he used to be. When she isnt’ with him.  HE doesn’t seem depressed that she isn’t in with him.  Maybe the bond broke already darn. HE was grooming her last nite then chased her some.

well in time things will calm down I hope.
