Finding this a little hard to follow. Let me try to get this straight.
You have an adult female and a 2 month old boy lop.
You have separated them and housed them apart due to the female being aggressive.
***********************Now this is where I get really lost
The boy is 2 months old but they have been separated for several months ?
You have been trying to find them ? Have found them ? and now wish to bond them ?
**********************OK, I am going to ignore the middle bit.
Is the female spayed ? If not you need to consider it as she may be being submissive now because the boy is maturing.
If the male is only 2 months he is two youn to neuter quite yet but if he has his equipment is getting very close to being able to sire babies. Unless one or both is desexed at this stage I would keep them separated for the moment unless you want to be waist deep in baby bunnies.
Once desexed it will be easier to bond and they will not have to deal with hormonal issues and you won’t have to worry about a growing rabbit population. It is better for the females as they run a high risk of cancer if left un spayed, plus it helps to control aggressive behavior and marking in both males and females.
