Are my bunnies bonded?

/So I’ve recently started to bond my two, Basil(neutered 6 month old male), and Smooches(spayed 9 month old female). They have lived in stacked cages for five months, and have seen each other, so are certainly aware of one another. I did some pre bonding and put their cages next to each other on the floor for a few days, and they spent the night in each others cages. When their cages were pushed close together they would boop noses and sleep as close to each other as possible. When I started the bonding sessions, he would groom her, although she has not groomed him yet. There have been no fights, and they both flop often, and even slept with their noses touching(I’ll attach a picture). Although they have not fought, there has been some humping and chasing, but not aggressively. Do you think they’re bonded? Do bonded pairs still hump? Is it weird that they didn’t fight? Thanks in advance.

Theyre not bonded yet, and chasing is considered aggressive while bonding. Youll need to stop all chasing and only allow humping for a few seconds before pulling the top bun off. Have you tried any stress bonding?

Yeah, the first two were stress sessions. I have been stopping humping but only when one is humping the other one’s head.

Mine have been bonded for almost a year and thumper will still occasionally hump Lucy. Just a quick kinda thing, but I think he’s trying to asserted dominance. They are strange because I really can’t tell which is the dominant one, they seem to switch off. The chasing I think is bormal? Mine chase each other, mostly just to play. I haven’t seen them nip when they chase. Just nips when they have their carrots in the morning for treats. Good luck!
