Oh yes, calling all the white rabbits!

@Hazel, here is some pics of my “new” boy. Adopted June 2019. He’s 7 yrs old and his name is Pegasus. I had to keep his name because Potamus & Pegasus together is just too silly & cute! 😄

The first 4 pics are from June. Final one is pic from last week, showing off his airplane ears.

He’s been a joy. Very easily intergrated into the household and a friendly fellow. 😊

Oh my, they are ADORABLE together! He has such a sweet squishable face. Potamus does too, of course! And I agree, their names are great together! 😀 Where did you get him?

He was advertised on an online market place. The woman had him and another bonded pair for  a number of years but she was no longer able to keep up their care due to her health. So she was looking for suitable homes for them. The pair went to a family and Peg came to me. She’s come to visit him one time since and we’ve text each other a bit. It was a hard decision for her. I was just glad to find an older rabbit because Potamus is 8 now. Bonus was he was already desexed and pretty chilled out.  And that he was a mini rex! I didnt know he was until I met him. They didnt either. lol

Good for her, many people wouldn’t want to accept the fact that they’re becoming overwhelmed. Sounds like he was the perfect fit for you and Potamus! Plus a Mini Rex surprise bonus! 😀 Hopefully the pair went to a good place as well.

I hope every bunny is having a reasonably good May. We’ve very cold weather here, it even snowed 2 days ago. I’ve never experienced snow in mid May before in my life. Luckily, it didn’t last more than a couple of hours.

Hey everyone, remember me? 😉 Haha, I know most won’t. For those who don’t know, I’m currently bunny-less and likely to remain so but have grand memories. So happy to see those who’ve welcomed new fuzzballs into their homes and hearts. 🙂

Been here in Oregon now for almost 4 years. I miss Alaska though. It’s just me and the 2 kids, though the ex has now got land nearby and plans to spend more time here. I’ve only got Jenna (yorkie), Ebon (corgi/border collie), Hello Kitty (tuxedo cat) and our newest is Squeegee (marmalade tom) who was a semiferal when we got here but now lives indoors and drives us all nuts.

Miss my bunnies everyday but luckily I can come here and live vicariously through all yours. 😀

holy crap,, it’s really up again! As much as forums are considered pretty much obsolete now with facebook groups, this place always felt like home.
