  Storm is a baby Holland Lop and she is still in the 1 ear down, 1 ear straight up phase. I will occasionally fold the ear that is straight up down, and it will stay there until she decides to lift it back up or I fold it back up.
  
  She doesn’t seem to mind but still, am I hurting her or causing discomfort by doing this?

  You might be making her angry but I don’t think you are hurting her, you might just want to leave her ear alone, but she might have an ear infection in that ear so I would have her seen by a vet, as my lop has ear infections all the time as lops are very easy to get ear infections since their ears do not stand up and get air in them as regular buns ears do.
