I almost got a cute pic of Cotton and Penny pretending each other does not exist- backs to each other in side by side cages- the second I get up- they jump up too and I get these instead- Cotton and her puppy dog eyes “Let me out” and Penny grooming herself while claiming innocence from the “poop war” evidence.

When Cotton gets that look on her face- I would just about give her anything she wants. It is so cute in person, way cuter than photo. She is like a puppy dog begging. But I have been home since 4pm and have rotated having the cage doors open (her and Penny take turns)- so she is hardly the pathetic “prisoner” she portrays.
But I did get the pic. I turned in the computer chair and did not get up and that worked. Now the bunnies now if they are being crabby to each other- if I turn around they stop because I have a squirt bottle on the desk- ready and waiting. Cotton is the one that really makes a point to show Penny how unconcerned she is about her- Cotton is usually the first to flop and really gets into it with feet kicked out etc, and usually her back is completely to Penny as though Penny does not exist in her universe.
