FORUM DIET & CARE alfalfa or timothy?

        So i just recently got a new bunny (hazelnut, but we call her Hazel for short) and i know that alfalfa is good for young bunnies but all i have is timothy hay for my older bunny Butterscotch and i’m tight on money for a while. is it okay to feed her timothy hay? she does eat pellets that have alfalfa and timothy hay in them but should i do more? help!

          Timothy is fine If she’s getting suitable pellets (which sounds like they are) then you don’t beed to feed alfalfa hay.
