So I tried it out right away.  Yep it beats the furminator as in it isn’t heavy and the fur stays on the comb instead of flying around the room. Or outside.    I like it.   Finally I have all the combs and brushes in existance and I can stop trying new ones.  Hairbuster for Ruby.

I have to be careful though not to groom out her guard hairs.

          Mine arrived too.

Sammy didn’t like it, and trotted away, but she hasn’t had her first shed yet. I have it handy for the first sign of flying fluff.

They sent a cute little post-it thank you note too.

Yes they did.  I also mailed them after I used it.   What is that weird catalog college thing that came with it.   lol.   I guess she wanted to put something stiff and strong to keep the comb from getting messed up on it’s way here.  I had a laugh at that.

              I know!
I read part of it. I think she used to have a regular newsletter sent, and kept them all for packing material.
Someone in their house went to Harvard. Not surprising, considering they are located in Concord (It’s about 1/2 hour drive max. from Cambridge where Harvard is.) and affiliated with a shelter. Did you notice the date? Mine was from 2007 I think.

jersey – you can adjust the rubber thingies on the comb – scoot ’em down for shorter hair.

My local HRS sells them and they work ok in my opinion. Frankie doesn’t like the metal teeth.

Both BT and I ordered it from this site, which was the first place I found it. There wasn’t a choice of types, just the one.

                      http://www.bunnygear.com

While waiting for my order to be filled, I learned about this other site from one of you. Here’s the link:

                      http://www.hairbuster.com/combs.html

I find it odd that there are two types with the same name, but maybe the Concord site (affiliated with a shelter there) started it and sold the design to another manufacturer. Or something – I’m guessing. Anyway, the bunnygear site is legit, and was nice and prompt with their shipment.

Mine was 2007 also. Hehe.  I didnt’ read it though.

Hmm I had put in hairbuster and got bunnygear site.  I never got the other site.  The combs look the same though.  Just packaged is diferent I think.

Hm interesting.  I like the comb.  I have to be careful and not overgroom Ruby though. I did that to Cotton once. Poor little boo.
