a strange morning

Lullabelle has been acting really strange this morning.  Ever since i woke up she’s been right next to me, following me around, sitting on my feet/lap, running around me, and requesting very long nose nudges. She normally likes to be pet and held for a bit but not this much. I was also laying on the floor with her earlier and she humped my arm. It was hilarious! She’s not spayed yet, and I’m going to wait until after my finals so i can stay home with her more to make sure shes alright and everything after the surgery.

It was also really funny this morning she was playing with my boyfriend and she let him drag her (playfully!) across the room while she was still laying with her feet stuck out behind her, and just continued laying int hat position after he stopped. It was sooo funny! She loved it, she kept comming back up to him and laying like that like she was saying "hey do it again!".

I only say it is a strange morning because a) shes never humped me before and b) shes clingy as where she normally will come let you pet her and then run off and destroy something. She hasnt even torn anything up yet today! I’m not complaining or anything  LOL But Is it normal for bunnies to have lovey days or do you think she’s up to something? lol!

sounds like puberty…

when Meadow reached that stage she’d be practically trying to climb up my pant legs.  she’d be next to me the entire she was out… it’s sweet at first b/c you think "oh she loves me so much!"  but after awhile, at least with Meadow, it turned a bit agressive.  if i stopped petting her for a moment she’d bite my feet or my arm… or if i was sitting at the computer she’d dig at my socks (and it hurt!)  it got to where i couldn’t multitask (read or be on the computer or watch tv/movie) and have her out at the same time.  she had to have my undivided attention in order to not nip at me.  a few times she even bit me while i was petting her…  this behavior pretty much stopped immediately after her spay.

when are your finals over?  maybe you should try and make an appt in advance for right afterwards…

she didint nip me this morning … i didint let her do it for long. As soon as i realized she wasnt climbing over me anymore i shoved her off. But she has been digging into my shirt all day. she’s FINALLY left me to go take a nap behind the curtains or something. she went to the bathroom with me 3 times. it was cute… as i was going, she hopped in her litterbox next to the toilet and started going. Im sure you all wanted to hear that, but it was kind of cute/weird. haha

my first bun nipped while he humped… but i could tell it was coming & fend off his advances since he would sniff the ‘humpee’ object with his whiskers all pointing straight ahead before he ‘got going’.
