  well my turn. I get up thurs sat at 5:30 a.m. to go to clubhouse for bread and pastries. gotta go early cuz by 10 all the pastries are gone. so the buns got used to that so this morning at 5:30 a.m. Cotton started banging his bell ball toy hanging on his cage. then when he got done Itty bitty feda started in with her plastic keys banging them around. then at 6 a.m. they settled back down and I got my sleep I gotta get up at 6:30 a.m. for morning prayer anyway so I dont’ mind. too much I should get up and read my material while I wait for prayer time but I was just tooo tired. getting up early and going to bed late. well not tonite. next time I send hubby for bread and pastries hehee. his turn

  I can totally sympathise…My buns and cats NEVER let me sleep in. If I try to catch an extra hour or so I will literally have 8 eyes staring at me from the bed (the cats) all the while purring, kneading the bed, meowing, starting fights with each other etc and from the bunny room I hear Stormy chewing on his bars and Bindi throwing the treat ka-bob on the bars of his cage. They are all little brats~

  I also can relate to this, my buns are banging on the cage floor by 5.30 to 6.00 am and then I have 4 cats in the bedroom scratching on the bed to get me up. They sure are lucky we love them lots. 🙂

  There must be a hundredth monkey theory behind bunny wake up time, because Mimzy had me up about the same time this morning by taking the little cup that fits into the hole in his cage shelf and dropping it from the shelf, then taking it and rolling or tossing it all over the floor of the cage to get my sorry butt up.
  I swear, all these buns and kitties are plotting to rob us of every ounce of sleep we can get! >.<

  Sounds like Cotton is learning to share you with Itty Bitty Feda, and getting her to conspire with him to get breakfast.
