I am thinking of building sunshine a new cage and with the new cage I might put a 2nd level in her cage. I was going to attach the 2nd level with lots of zip ties. Will this be ok?

I was wondering that myself, do you have to use the dowling and plywood, or can you use more cube sections and zip ties? I was also thinking about S-hooks as well for holding a 2nd level up.
