    Are you talking about bedding used throughout the cage, or in the litter box? If it’s throughout the cage you could try using fleece blankets. In the litter tray you could try using a pan that has a grate for poop and pee to fall through and only use litter under the grate, not on top of it.

    Eye troubles and infections are common in rabbits with a held tilt, debris getting into it, getting bumped on things, simply the orientation being wrong and the eye not draining properly etc.
