Can you describe her diet? She should be on an alfalfa based young rabbit pellet, and may need a larger ration (or even unlimited pellets since she isn’t 6 months old yet).

I urge you not to consider them fully bonded…. having a hormonal rabbit in the mix can make things volatile and unstable. He could be mounting less because he isn’t feeling well, as you mentioned he isn’t eating that well.

I’m not sure if molasses is a binder or a sweetener for taste but it seems to be quite common in pelleted food rabbits and similar animals.
