yes i agree with LBJ10 and DanaNM. I have three buns, and only one of which likes being held. But when im trying to catch the other buns (they run free on my screened in porch) i literally just lie down on the ground and eventually they get so curious enough and come over.

As long as you dont use pesticides, dandelion greens will be fine. The entire  dandelion plant is edible, ie the leaves, flowers, stems and root.

I find dandelion stems to be very good for bun GI health. Since dandelion flowers are important for bees, you could hold off on harvesting them until their bloom is over (which is only a cpl of days).

yes, age doesn’t really matter as long as they’re all healthy, but i would go slower than you usually would bonding to make it less stressful for everyone.
