Thankyou so much for taking the time to reply, I greatly appreciate it. It’s really an odd one that I can’t seem to wrap my brain around.
Like I mentioned in my first post I do see a slight improvement in him, not sure wether I’m just expecting to much to soon though? Last time he wasn’t well he was only a baby and I feel like his down time wa… -

<p style=”text-align: left;”>This is a bit tricky. Something is up, but it gets better with metacam. Metacam doesnt really help the gut, it’s an anti-inflammatory painkiller, so it’s a bit surprising that you are seeing improved poop with the metacam. It seems to help though, which means he is in some sort of pain.</p>
Pain alone, regardless of…[Read more] -

Hi guys I’m new to the forums but have been hovering on here for a while now, I have a 5 & 1/2 year old French lop called Ron.
Ten days ago I noticed Rons behaviour had changed, I chalked this down to me moving his pen to the living room for the day from his usual place in our bedroom. After placing him back in the bedroom I left him for a c…[Read more]

Thank you for the help Bam!
After a struggle trying to find the correct cream in the drugstore I emailed my vet’s office asking for advice, and they responded the next morning to let me know they had just had an order of medical supplies come in, and the miconazole cream was included! So I was able to go to the vet and pick it up right away, I am…[Read more]

Bam replied to the topic Rabbit pees in litter box, but never poops in it? in the forum BEHAVIOR 6 years, 5 months ago
This is not a serious matter. Its more of an annoying type of thing. Shes not really being a brat, shes just being a rabbit 😄 Rabbits poop mark, some more than others. It’s an instinct designed to tell other rabbits that they’re there, this is their space. There’s probably a lot more additional info in the poop that we are not really capable of…[Read more]

My rabbit is spayed at 5 months, she’s 20 months old, so it can’t be hormonal residue, right? She pees in all 4 corners of the litter box, often soiling the hay as well. She always pees in the litter box though, but never poop in it, she just poops wherever she wants.
Is this a serious matter or is she just a brat?🤨

Sorry for the delay in the response.
I’m not super sure what corn salad is, but if it is a mixture of corn and other related food items, I would recommend against feeding it. Corn and seeds are very much tempting fillers in rabbit diets that do not provide good nutrition , although they find it very delicious. It may actually contribute to why he…[Read more]
