It looks like there is some swelling under the toes. Also, there is what looks like a small scab under the toe to the right of the picture. Does she react with pain if you touch her toes (with very clean hands)? It can be difficult to tell though, since rabbits often dont appreciate it when you touch their paws.

A wheezing sound is often from a congested nose, since buns only breathe through their noses. A congested nose can mean he has a “bunny cold”, which is as a rule is bacterial and needs treatment with antibiotics. I missed the fact that this bare patch is on her fore paw. That is very unusual. It would be great if you took her to have her nails clipped, a vet tech could say if the paw is sth a vet should take a look at.

Yes I know, it is quite random. I have checked her back paws and they seem to look normal (all the fur is there). So far it is just that front paw that has a bald patch. That’s interesting that it is on her front paw, have you gotten a good look at her back paws?  Sore hocks are most common on the back feet, so if she has one on her front I would def examine her back feet thoroughly.

Hmmm, usually with gas you see an improvement after a couple hours, not days. Less hay intake will definitely affect the poop. Do you think this might have been with this specific hay batch? Sometimes a batch of hay is off and buns will not like it. If you can, try to keep giving her the ones she gets excited about and see if that helps.
