I wonder if she could still be in a state of shock or overstressed? When rabbits are very stressed they can stop eating and drinking and therefore stop producing droppings. If she isn’t eating or drinking, then this could be the case, and not eating is very dangerous and can result in G.I. stasis.

Are they giving her mobility drugs and fluids? Keeping her hydrated is important to get things moving again. They need to be careful not to overdo it with the force feeding. Sounds like he has some respiratory issue/infection. I don’t think it’s the litter since it started before. I would take him to the vet, it’s likely easy to treat, the sooner the better.

Yes i let them have a look at eachother then put a wooden board up so they cant get to eachother, when they are out i generally am and never seen anything going on between bars, will keep an eye out from now on though!
