I use a spray bottle with water and vinegar in it. I don’t really measure the ratio, but sort of 50/50. I just refill the bottle whenever it’s low!

Quick update:

They’ve been together 24/7 several days in a row now (only had one day break due to a trip), either in the bathroom pen or in the balcony pen. The current state of affairs is:

There are many rabbits on this forum that have had EC and have lived many comfortable years with it. It is certainly manageable. Sites that say to euthanize may have been breeders or other sorts of operations. A mild, barely detectable case of head tilt in pet rabbit is entirely manageable.

Lucky! my rabbit only drinks water directly from our water dispenser in the fridge, after it has been left out for a day. He hates any type of tap water, probably the taste.

Does your rabbit recognize the fact that he is supposed to go into the litter box? my rabbit didn’t poop of pee for an entire day when I got him because he didn’t realize he was supposed to go into the box. I just picked him up and placed him in to to help him realize he should actually be sitting in there.

Guessing the medication was Panacur? It usually takes about a month of treatment for symptoms to improve with EC.

@Hazel I got a cat fountain for my cat and the same thing happened! Cat ignored it but Bun Jovi drank from it!

I really like natural fiber (jute/seagrass/etc) rugs… they are a bit heavier than bath mats which I found he liked to drag about and also shred (digging and chewing). Yes, time will tell! Sometimes they do need to chase a little to decide between themselves (as long as the chasing isn’t escalating to a fight).

If they seem to get stuck in this phase, you might try taking them on a car ride together.
