This might not be relevant anymore since I’m guessing you were able to call the vet, but which medications did she give you? Typically pain meds are once a day (but some vets will do twice a day), and motility meds are more frequent.

One of my rabbits is probably one of the most avid chewers, so there probably won’t be too much issue with chewing carpet tiles. When will I know that they are safely bonded 100% I cannot keep an eye on them 24/7 forever.

None of them ever showed any aggression traits, she lunges at me if I was trying to grab her from under the couch but she has never bit me hurtfully ever?? she will just graze her teeth at me as a warning.

I agree with @Louiethebunny.   Hormones will still be floating around after the first few weeks after spay/neuter. Most (if not all) rabbits become more mellow after spay/neuter. Oh I’m so glad things are going well! Sounds like you got an easy bond which is so nice. With the continued chasing just keep a very close eye on them because it could turn into something where one of them gets hurt in the blink of an eye, and don’t be afraid to separate them for a couple of hours if they need it!
