Of course I did!! She did let me know when she was done lol. I also got her to eat pellets out of my hand!! What a good girl! I’m sooo happy with how good she’s doing. N we do have more toys on the way (:

I use a ‘hand brush’ – not sure what it is called, a friend gave it to me – and all you have to do is pet the bun and it takes off all the excess fur. Makes grooming fun. 😉 I think she might have got it off of Amazon.

Good point. They haven’t been in this room before, so it is all new to them. I minimized their space a bit more, and so far so good. 🙂 Will keep you posted!

Haha that’s good! Sometimes they just need some time to adjust to new spaces. You could also try making the new space smaller if they act up again. Sometimes too much space too fast can cause issues.

Agree with S&L, and just wanted to add you should probably mention the blood thing to the vet, in case it has something to do with her recent spay. Injuries can be well hidden by fur so you might check them over one more time. Where there clumps of fur around?

And are you very certain it was blood and not dark urine?

I know you mentioned you were afraid of sludge a while ago, so the straining to urinate is worrisome. But good she peed overnight.

What is her current diet? Is she still not eating hay?

I just checked and amazon still only has the timothy :(. I guess I’m not going to feed all that much so I’d only have to order every few months. Plus it gives me an excuse to buy some more toys as well 😉

I second getting spayed as soon as possible, false pregnancies are NOT fun, I’ve been there and done that. 🙄 I think right now though, she is too young to be spayed, so you still have a while yet.

I saw the blue (Timothy/alfalfa) on amazon yesterday! I am not sure where you are from so amazon might be different for you.

I don’t have carpet, but my rabbits like to dig at certain corners of their xpen mats, so I just plop a ceramic tile and they stop digging AND get a cool spot to chill out on when it’s warm.

Well, now she’s pouting because I said she couldn’t eat carpet. How dare I!
